Diana Hanson is the Director of Professional Services at Ambient Insight. Diana has a extensive executive services background including business development, customer relations, customer service, client communications, contract and licensing negotiations, and executive event management.
Prior to joining Ambient Insight, Diana's background includes 10 years at Microsoft in a variety of roles; with the most recent being the Manager for Executive Relations. In that role she managed Microsoft's high-profile events designed for Fortune 500 executives. She managed such events as the CEO Summit, CIO Summit, CSO Councils, and Government Leaders Summit/Forums. In this role Diana developed business requirements for user-friendly event registration Web interfaces and comprehensive information/materials relating to the events. She also developed event databases, Web content, and marketing collateral for these programs.
Diana also worked in the Microsoft Licensing organization where she facilitated the negotiation of licensing agreements with enterprise customers. In this role she developed new processes when necessary and improved existing ones.
Diana is also one of the original Advanced Knowledge Engineering team members that built the Microsoft Online Institute (MOLI) the world's first commercial online learning business. Diana was the MOLI manager that ran the virtual university's day-to-day business operations.
