Dr. Nancy Harkrider has 25 years of experience as a learning technology professional and is the executive producer of over 40 media-based learning initiatives. Her American and Asian clients include multinational corporations, health maintenance organizations, universities, and government agencies.
Nancy serves on the senior management team of Knowledge Drivers International (KDI) Asia, a professional training and consulting company that specializes in change practices that help organizations to improve their business capabilities and performance, and is also a partner in Explore Asia, LLC.
As Chief Knowledge Architect for Singapore-based KDI, Nancy has led the assessment and design of ePerformance initiatives. She is an acknowledged expert in translating leading-edge research on learning behavior to practical, performance-based applications. Her commitment to find ways to increase people's learning culminated in her doctoral research that investigated the advantages of online communication as an environment for coaching professionals.
Nancy was the first Westerner to complete a PhD from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. She continues her relationship with Singapore as a senior advisor and project manager for KDI Asia. Nancy is a frequent speaker at conferences in Asia and the United States.
